Welcome to PageMantra Pvt. Ltd.. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by PageMantra Pvt. Ltd.. (“PageMantra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a technology solutions provider registered in Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Services” refers to all software development, consulting, implementation, maintenance, and support services provided by PageMantra Pvt. Ltd..

1.2 “Client” or “You” refers to any individual, business entity, or organization that engages with our services.

1.3 “Deliverables” means all work products, software, code, documentation, and materials developed by PageMantra for the Client.

1.4 “Intellectual Property” includes all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.

2. Services & Engagement

2.1 Service Provision: PageMantra provides professional technology services including but not limited to software development, system integration, consulting, and technical support.

2.2 Service Agreement: All specific services, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

3.2 Client shall respond to requests for approvals and feedback in a timely manner.

3.3 All agreed-upon fees must be paid according to the payment schedule.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The Client retains all rights to materials provided to PageMantra for project execution.

4.2 Unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement, PageMantra retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, development tools, methodologies, and generic programming components.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

5.2 This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement between the parties.
